Holiday weekends are full of fun events for the whole family! Pool parties, games, prizes, crafts, djs, and a ton of other family AND adult friendly events!

* Electricity not included in price of extended stay site. $150 deposit required.
Standard Sites come with a picnic table
Deluxe Sites come with patio furniture, gas grill & large front yard.
Premium Sites come with patio furniture, gas grill, large front yard & are located at the front of the park.
Preferred Sites located on the west side of the park & receives early afternoon shade.

ADDITIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICES

CABIN INFORMATION

Our fully furnished cabins accommodate 4 people comfortably. We have two that are $129 + tax Sunday thru Thursday, and $149 + tax Friday and Saturday night. We also have one pet friendly cabin that is $97.00 Sunday thru Thursday and $118 on Friday and Saturday nights. All of our cabins are fully furnished (12X24) 1-bedroom cabins. We include bed linens, bath linens, 4-person place settings, 2 burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking and serving utensils and more! We have photos online on our Flickr page as well as on our Facebook page which you could find HERE! We do require payment at the time of booking for our cabins. Our pet friendly cabin requires a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per week / $200 per month. For extended stay reservations, the $200 pet fee is a one-time, up front fee and does not recur monthly. All of our cabin rentals require a 2-night minimum.

BOOKING POLICY

2018 Holiday Dates:

  • Easter – March 30th thru April 1st, Memorial Day – May 25th thru 28th, Labor Day –  August 31st thru September 3rd, Chili Cook-off – October 26th thru 28th, Thanksgiving – November 21st thru 25th.
  • 2 night minimum required for Easter/July4th/Chili Cook-off.
  • 3 night minimum required for Memorial Day/Labor Day/Thanksgiving.

Daily and Weekly Reservations require full payment at time of booking.                

Extended Stay Reservations require $100 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

Daily/Weekly RV Cancellation Policy: $25 cancellation fee, no refund 48 hours. prior to check-in, no refund on Holiday weekends.
Extended Stay RV Cancellation Policy: $100 non-refundable deposit.
Daily Cabin Cancellation Policy: $25 cancellation fee for 72 hours prior to check-in, no refund on Holiday weekends, 2 night minimum required.
Weekly Cabin Cancellation Policy: $100 non-refundable deposit per week.
Rayford Crossing RV Resort has the right to refuse stay if rig does not meet park requirements.
We do not accept Tents, Pop-ups, Truck Campers, Van Conversions & RV’s older than 12 years of age.
Discounts Apply only to Daily RV site rates.
